You are sharing a web scene that contains a multipatch layer. Multipatch layers can be published to ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 or later with ArcGIS Data Store.
Multipatch layers cannot be published to Portal for ArcGIS with a geodatabase configured as the ArcGIS Server managed database.
Solutions
- If you are sharing to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5 or later, ensure that ArcGIS Data Store is configured as a tile cache data store.
- Remove the multipatch layer from your scene.
