24131: Renderer uses trees preset layer

Preset layers are shared as a web scene layer using a specific field and attribute to symbolize realistic and thematic trees. The list of tree types must match the list of supported genus types. Tree types that do not match the supported genus type do not draw in Scene Viewer.

Solution

Update the attribute of the tree in the genus field to match a supported genus type.

1. In the Contents pane, right-click the tree layer and click Attribute Table.
2. In the attribute table, cross-reference the tree values with the supported genus types.
3. Update the values that do not match a supported genus type.
4. Share the web scene.
