GetCanEditMetadata Method

Gets whether the MapMember metadata can be edited or not. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run

Syntax

public virtual bool GetCanEditMetadata()

Public Overridable Function GetCanEditMetadata() As Boolean

True if the metadata is editable

Exceptions

Exception	Description
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.

Remarks

MapMember metadata is editable unless the MapMember is using the underlying source metadata or the .aprx is not editable
