CreateCircleParagraphGraphicElement(GraphicElementContainer,EllipticArcSegment,String) Method

Creates a graphic circle paragraph text element on a graphic element container from an elliptical arc segment geometry. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.
