CreateEllipseGraphicElement(GraphicElementContainer,EllipticArcSegment,CIMPolygonSymbol) Method

Creates a graphic ellipse element on a graphic element container from a single elliptic arc segment geometry. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.
