The input relationship class involves features that are archive enabled.
Solution
The feature classes or tables involved in the input relationship class must not be archive enabled. Try using the Disable Archiving tool, or right-click the feature class or table and select Disable Archiving. If the feature class or table resides in a feature dataset, archiving must be disabled at the dataset level.
