Description
The diagram containing the properties you are trying to alter is a subnetwork system diagram. Subnetwork system diagrams are diagrams that are managed by the Update Subnetwork tool. You cannot alter properties in a subnetwork system diagram.
Solution
Change the input network diagram layer so it points to a diagram that is not a subnetwork system diagram.
