Description
This error occurs when you attempt to delete a rule that does not exist.
Solution
If using Python, ensure that the rule you want to delete is entered by its name without typographic errors. If the rule no longer exists, there is nothing to delete.
This error is precluded when using the tool in ArcGIS Pro, since deleted rules are no longer listed.
