Description

The tool uses a network template that expects the input pathway feature class (typically PrelimPathways) and input transition feature class (typically PrelimTransitions) to both be contained in a feature dataset named PrelimNetwork.

Solution

Make sure the input pathway and transition feature classes both reside in a feature dataset named PrelimNetwork.
