Delete an environment

You can delete a conda environment using the Package Manager page.

Note:

To delete the active environment, activate a different environment first.

The default arcgispro-py3 environment cannot be deleted.

  1. On the ribbon, click the Project tab.

    The settings page appears.

  2. In the list of side tabs, click Package Manager.

    The Package Manager page appears.

  3. Click the Environment Manager button Manage.

    The Environment Manager dialog box appears.

  4. Click the options button on the row representing the environment you want to delete, and click the Delete button Delete.

    A warning message appears.

  5. Click OK.

The environment is deleted.
