Gets the instantiated dock panes.
Syntax
public ReadOnlyObservableCollection<DockPane> DockPanes {get;}
Remarks
Dock panes are singletons and never get destroyed once created. Closing a dock pane only hides it. Use Find to create and find a dock pane.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1

ArcGIS Pro version: 2.0 or higher.
