AddLabelClass Method

Adds a label class to the layer's label class collection. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Syntax

public void AddLabelClass( 
   string labelClassName
)

Public Sub AddLabelClass( _
   ByVal labelClassName As String _
)

labelClassName: Name of the label class to add to the layer's label class collection.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.

Remarks

Empty or null labelClassNames are ignored. If the labelClassName already exists it is ignored.
