Solution
Install the required dependencies using the following conda command:
conda install -c esri arcgis>=1.9 pillow scikit-image
conda install -c fastai -c pytorch fastai pytorch=1.4.0 torchvision=0.5.0 tensorflow-gpu=2.1.0
conda install gdal=2.3.3
