Download ArcGIS Pro

You can download ArcGIS Pro from My Esri or your ArcGIS Online organization.

By default, the English-language version of the application is downloaded. Optionally, you can run ArcGIS Pro in a different language by downloading a language pack. There are two ways to do this:

• Download a localized version of ArcGIS Pro.
• Download ArcGIS Pro and download a language pack separately.

A localized version bundles ArcGIS Pro and a language pack in one executable (.exe) file.

Other software components—such as the offline help application, additional language packs, supplementary coordinate systems data, and other specialized data and database support files—must be downloaded from My Esri.

Once the application is downloaded, you can install ArcGIS Pro. If you download a localized version or a language pack, see Install a localized version of ArcGIS Pro for additional information.

Download ArcGIS Pro from My Esri

Follow these steps to download ArcGIS Pro and other software components from My Esri:

1. Go to My Esri.

   At the top of the page, the Overview tab is selected. Your organization profile is displayed.

2. At the top of the page, click the Downloads tab. In the drop-down list of products, click ArcGIS Pro.

   Note:

   If there is no Downloads tab, it means that you are not authorized to download the software. Click the Overview tab and click Request Permissions. On the form, check the Downloads check box and click Send Request.

3. If a pop-up window appears, review the terms and conditions of the master agreement. If you want to continue, check the box and click Accept.
4. On the Downloads page, on the Download tile, confirm that the version number (for example, ArcGIS Pro 3.1) and Language settings are correct. If you want to download a localized version of ArcGIS Pro, change the setting to the language you want.
5. In the list of product components, next to ArcGIS Pro, in the Action column, click Download.

   An executable file (.exe) is downloaded to your computer.

6. Optionally, download other product components, such as patches or offline help.

   You may also be able to download other resources, including data and content, database support files, developer tools, and language packs. Each component is downloaded to your computer as an executable file.

   Note:

   To download components in a language other than English, change your Language setting under Download. Many components are available only in English.

Download ArcGIS Pro from ArcGIS Online

Follow these steps to download ArcGIS Pro from ArcGIS Online. Optionally, you can download a localized version.

Note:

Software download policies differ among organizations. ArcGIS Online administrators can make a security setting to prevent members from downloading ArcGIS Pro on their own.

1. Sign in to your ArcGIS Online organization.
2. At the top of the page, click your username and click My settings.
3. On the My settings page, click the Licenses side tab.

   Your user type, role, and assigned licenses are listed. If you don't see ArcGIS Pro listed under your licensed products, or if the Download ArcGIS Pro button does not appear, contact your ArcGIS organization administrator.

4. Next to ArcGIS Pro, click Download ArcGIS Pro.
5. In the Download window, review the Language setting. If you want to download a localized version of ArcGIS Pro, change the setting to the language you want.
6. Click Download.

   An executable file (.exe) is downloaded to your computer.
