You are sharing a map image layer that contains multiple layers or tables referencing the same utility network or trace network dataset. The dataset is referenced and the layers or tables are indicated by the subsequent <value> parameters.
Solution
Ensure that duplicated layers are removed from the map.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button 
that appears and click Select Layers In The Contents Pane. Right-click one of the selected layers or tables, and click Remove
