Available with Location Referencing license.
ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing allows you to upgrade a linear referencing system (LRS) dataset that is created in an earlier release of Pipeline Referencing.
If the LRS needs an upgrade, the (Upgrade) text appears next to it in the LRS hierarchy.
Refer to the following steps to upgrade an LRS dataset:
- Access the LRS Hierarchy.
- Run the Modify LRS tool to upgrade the LRS.
- Find the version of the LRS Dataset to verify that the LRS has been upgraded.
Note:
The version of the dataset is listed only after running the Modify LRS tool.
The LRS is upgraded to the release you specified.
