    Changes the alias value on the given item. This method will return false if the item is not a folder connection.
    Syntax

    Parameters

    newAlias
    The new value of the alias.

    Return Value

    True if the alias value is successfully changed.
    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
    ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadExceptionThis method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10

    ArcGIS Pro version: 3.2 or higher.
