Exception	Description
System.NotImplementedException	This method is not implemented for GeographicTransformation or HVDatumTransformation. To get a JSON representation of these types of transformations construct a CompositeGeographicTransformation or a CompositeHVDatumTransformation containing this transformation and call ToJson on that object.
