Update an attachment to a row/feature with attachment support.

Syntax

public void UpdateAttachment( 
   RowHandle rowHandle,
   long attachmentOID,
   string filePath
)

Public Overloads Sub UpdateAttachment( _
   ByVal rowHandle As RowHandle, _
   ByVal attachmentOID As Long, _
   ByVal filePath As String _
)

rowHandle: The RowHandle representing the future row to add the attachment to.
attachmentOID: The oid of the attachment to remove.
filePath: The filesystem path to the file to attach to the row.
