GetShapeField Method (QueryDescription)

Gets the name of the geometry column if present. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Syntax

public string GetShapeField()

Public Function GetShapeField() As String

The name of the geometry column if present. Otherwise, an empty string is returned.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
ArcGIS.Core.Data.Exceptions.GeodatabaseException	A database-related exception has occurred.
