GetAliasName Method (TableDefinition)

Gets the alias name of the definition. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Syntax

public string GetAliasName()

Public Function GetAliasName() As String

The alias name of the definition.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.NotSupportedException	The definition does not support this operation (e.g., the table is a shapefile).
ArcGIS.Core.Data.Exceptions.GeodatabaseException	A geodatabase-related exception has occurred.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10

ArcGIS Pro version: 3 or higher.
