Keyboard shortcuts for presentations

The following keyboard shortcuts are available for presentations. Many of these shortcuts improve efficiency when interacting with the full-screen presentation display.

Alt+F

Start presenting in full-screen mode from the selected page. If no page is selected, the presentation starts from the first page.

Esc

Stop presenting in full-screen mode and return to the presentation view. The last presented page remains selected.

Right Arrow

In full-screen mode, show the next page.

Left Arrow

In full-screen mode, show the previous page.

Spacebar

In full-screen mode, pause or resume playback for a video page.

Shift+Esc

Close a pop-up opened from a map page in full screen without leaving the page or exiting full-screen mode.

Ctrl+Arrow keys

In full-screen mode, pan a map left, right, up, or down.

Panning a map page in full-screen mode is automatically changed from any custom keyboard shortcut you have set and will be restored once you exit full-screen.

Ctrl+C

Copy the selected element, page, or presentation for reuse in the same project.

Ctrl+V

Paste the selected elements or pages to the same presentation or another presentation within the same project. You can also paste the selected presentation from the Catalog pane or view in the same project as a copy.
