Creates a new instance of the RowHandle class, created from a MapMember and global ID.

Syntax

public RowHandle( 
   MapMember mapMember,
   Guid globalID
)

Public Function New( _
   ByVal mapMember As MapMember, _
   ByVal globalID As Guid _
)

mapMember: The MapMember (layer or standalone table) that contains the row.
globalID: The global ID of the row.
