IsApportionable Property

Gets a value indicating whether the network attribute should be apportioned across the length of linear features.

Remarks

The canonical example here is shape length. If a point is chosen 25% of the way along the edge, 25% of the attribute's value is assigned to the short part of the edge, and 75% of the attribute's value is assigned to the long part of the edge.
