Changes this version's owner. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Syntax

Parameters

newOwnerName: The name of the new owner of this version.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentException	The new owner name is null or an empty string.
System.InvalidOperationException	The version uses traditional versioning, which does not support changing ownership.
ArcGIS.Core.Data.Exceptions.GeodatabaseException	A geodatabase-related exception has occurred.
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run

Remarks

This method is only supported with branch versioning. Calling this routine on a traditional version will result in a System.InvalidOperationException.
