Syntax

   ByVal optionsCollection As IEnumerable(Of ToolOptions), _
   ByVal hostIsActiveTemplatePane As Boolean _
)

optionsCollection: list of tool options ToolOptions
hostIsActiveTemplatePane: A value indicating if the tool options control is hosted within the active template pane (true) or the template properties (false).
