Description

The operation being attempted accessed the st_geometry library; however, the st_geometry library or dependent libraries did not load.

Solution

Ensure that the ST_Geometry file and all dependent libraries are installed. For Windows, you need the latest Microsoft C++ Redistributable package. For more information, see the ArcGIS Pro requirements for PostgreSQL.

You can get the st_geometry.dll file (Windows) or st_geometry.so file (Linux) from My Esri.

Review the following workflows, which require that a compatible st_geometry file exist in the PostgreSQL lib directory:
