Description

The specified parameter value is not valid when creating a service area network analysis layer that has the USE_HIERARCHY value for the hierarchy parameter.

Solution

The following options are not supported by some parameters when creating a service area network analysis layer that uses hierarchy:

• The line_type parameter does not support the TRUE_LINES and TRUE_LINES_WITH_MEASURES options.
• The polygon_type parameter does not support the DETAILED_POLYS option.
• The polygon_trim parameter does not support the TRIM_POLYS option.

Use the NO_HIERARCHY value for the hierarchy parameter or do not use the options above when using the Make Service Area Layer tool.
