Description
The Facilities sublayer in the Service Area analysis layer was not updated because the service does not support output facilities. This means locations fields, and Status, SnapX, SnapY, SnapZ, and DistanceToNetworkInMeters fields won't be useful to diagnose issues related to locating facilities on the network in the service request.
Solution
- The Polygons sublayer has a FacilityID field. If some polygons are missing in the results, use the FacilityID field values that are missing to determine which facilities could not be located.
- Upgrade your ArcGIS Enterprise to 10.8 or later and republish routing services using the publish routing services utility.
