The Point at start only builder 
generates a point feature at the first vertex of a polygon feature you create in a map.
This builder is available to feature templates that create point features when a group template is configured with the following settings:
- The primary template creates polygon features.
- The group template toolset on the Tools side tab is set to Polygon tools.
