Manage workflow item connections

Available with Workflow Manager license.

Before you can start working with jobs, you need to connect to a portal that contains a workflow item.

Note:

All workflow item feature services must be shared to allow access to workflow items with an item version of 25.2.0.0 or later.

Tip:

Partnered collaborations allow you to share your workflow item with other ArcGIS Online organizations. Users can then access your workflow item in ArcGIS Pro to create and run jobs.

To connect to a workflow item, complete the following steps:

  1. Start ArcGIS Pro.
  2. Connect to the portal that contains the workflow item.
  3. Click the View tab.
  4. Click Workflow Manager Workflow Pane.

    The Workflow pane appears.

If the portal connection contains a single workflow item, ArcGIS Pro automatically connects to it. You can now work on jobs.
