Error
The SHAPE field of the mosaic dataset item contains invalid geometry. Short segment: some segments are shorter than allowed by the system units of the spatial reference associated with the geometry.
Description
Each segment must be a minimum size, which is dependent on the spatial reference in which your data is projected. Any segment that is too short can be removed if it is not needed.
Solution
Use the Build Footprints tool to rebuild the footprints.
