The mosaic dataset has an invalid mosaic method.
Description
The Allowed Mosaic Methods property of the mosaic dataset is empty. If this value is not set, the rasters will not be mosaicked together.
Solution
Open the Mosaic Dataset Properties window and add a valid mosaic method for the mosaic dataset.
