The Multiple polygon features builder 
generates a polygon feature that is coincident with a sketched primary polygon feature.
This builder is available to feature templates that create polygon features when a group template is configured with the following settings:
- The primary template creates polygon features.
- The group template toolset on the Tools side tab is set to Polygon tools.
