When sharing layers with validation or batch calculation attribute rules and the Validation capability is enabled, it is required that all four of the error tables be referenced in the map view. The error table that is missing from the map as a layer will be referenced by the <value> parameter.
The error tables are as follows:
- GDB_ValidationPointErrors
- GDB_ValidationLineErrors
- GDB_ValidationPolygonErrors
- GDB_ValidationObjectErrors
Solutions
- Ensure that all four of the error tables are referenced in the active map view as layers.
- Uncheck the Validation capability on the Configuration tab under Capabilities. You will not be able to evaluate rules using the web feature layers that are shared.
