For the ArcGIS Spatial Analyst extension geoprocessing tools, you can control how the outputs from operations are maintained and how they are added to the display.
From the Project menu of ArcGIS Pro, the Options > Application > Geoprocessing dialog box provides several options. For example, you can choose to allow the output from tools to overwrite existing datasets, or for the output from a tool to be automatically added to the current map.
