Use the Parcel Features command 
in the Selection group on the Parcel Record Workflows tab to select the related points and lines of a selection of parcels.
Only current parcel features are selected.
This command is useful for selecting parcel points and parcel lines for editing operations and for geoprocessing tool inputs.
To select the related points and lines of parcels, first use the Select tool 
to select the parcels. Parcels are selected by selecting the parcel polygons. Click the Parcel Features command to select the related points and lines. The parcel polygons remain selected.
