This message is displayed in the Editing Status dialog box.
Cause
The version of the parcel fabric is out of date and there is a newer version available for this release of ArcGIS Pro.
Solution
Use the Upgrade Dataset geoprocessing tool to upgrade your parcel fabric to the latest available version.
