When sharing a vector tile layer, the tiling scheme used must have a root tile that covers more than half of the extent of your data. The root tile is defined at level of detail 0. The upper left corner of the root tile must match the tiling scheme origin.
Solutions
- Use the Auto-suggest tiling scheme.
- Update your tiling scheme so that its origin matches the top left extent of the data, and use scales in the tiling scheme file that will cover the data extent.

If you used the Auto-suggest tiling scheme and are getting this analyzer, you may have data outside the domain of the coordinate system of your map that causes the level of detail of zero to be outside the extent of your map. In this case, remove or edit the geometry of the data outside the domain of the coordinate system.
