You are sharing a query layer from a cloud data warehouse as a web feature layer. Query layers with parameters are not supported when sharing web feature layers.
The <value> parameter refers to the layer name.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Remove the parameter from the SQL statement of the query layer. For more information, see Modify a query layer.
- Share a map image layer instead.
- Remove the query layer with parameters from the map.
