You are sharing a web feature layer that copies all data, but the field used in the layer's time properties is not visible. To publish the web layer, the field must be visible.
If the error appears for a timestamp offset field when sharing to ArcGIS Enterprise, you must use a different field. The timestamp offset field is not supported for web feature layers that copy all data.
The <value> parameter refers to the field name.
Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Make the field visible.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button
that appears and click Open Fields View. In the Visible column, check the check box that corresponds to the field used in the layer's time properties. On the Fields tab, in the Manage Edits group, click Save 
. - Change the field used in the layer's time properties.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button
that appears and click Change Layer Time. On the Layer Properties dialog box, on the Time tab, set Time Field to a visible field. - Disable time for the layer.
Hover over the analyzer message. Click the Options button
that appears and click Change Layer Time. On the Layer Properties dialog box, on the Time tab, choose the No time - content is always shown option.
