You are sharing a web scene, but the Google Photorealistic 3D Basemap in the scene is not supported on your portal. Sharing web scenes with Google Photorealistic 3D Basemap is only supported to ArcGIS Online.
Note:
If other elevation layers are in the scene, they will not be shared as web elevation layers unless the 3D basemap layer is removed.Solutions
Do one of the following:
- Remove the 3D basemap layer.
- Use a different 3D or 2D basemap in the scene instead.
On the Map tab, in the Layer group, click Basemap
to open the basemap gallery. Under 3D Basemap or 2D Basemap, choose a basemap in the gallery. - Share the web scene to ArcGIS Online.
