ObserverPoint Property
Gets and sets the observer point.
Syntax
public MapPoint ObserverPoint {get; set;}
Remarks
If specified it will be projected to the spatial reference of the surface.
Example
Get Line of Sight
var losParams = new LineOfSightParams();
losParams.ObserverPoint = observerPoint;
losParams.TargetPoint = targetPoint;
