    Gets the horizontal datum of this spatial reference.

    This spatial reference is an ImageCoordinateSystem or UnknownCoordinateSystem.
    Remarks
    If this spatial reference contains a projected coordinate system, the datum of the underlying geographic coordinate system is returned.
