InterpolateZ Method (RasterLayer)

Interpolates the z coordinate of the specified location from the surface layer. Bilinear interpolation is used. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Parameters

x: The x coordinate.
y: The y coordinate.

Return Value

The surface elevation Z value.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentException	The set of parameters is invalid for this surface. See CanInterpolateShape.
MappingException	An exception occurred within the InterpolateShape calculation.
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run.

ArcGIS Pro version: 3.4 or higher.
