Sets the section container expanded or collapsed. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Parameters

isExpanded: Toggle expanded.

Exceptions

ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run
