GetGlobalID Method (Attachment)

Gets the global ID of the attachment if supported. This method must be called on the MCT. Use QueuedTask.Run.

Syntax

public Guid GetGlobalID()

Public Function GetGlobalID() As Guid

A valid System.Guid if the attachment has a global ID; otherwise, System.Guid.Empty.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
ArcGIS.Core.Data.Exceptions.GeodatabaseException	A geodatabase-related exception has occurred.
ArcGIS.Core.CalledOnWrongThreadException	This method or property must be called within the lambda passed to QueuedTask.Run

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10
