	ActiveParcelRecordChangingEvent	Occurs when the active parcel record changes.
	ActiveTemplateChangedEvent	Occurs when the active template is changed.
	ActiveTemplateChangedEventArgs	Provides information when the active template is changed.
	ActiveTopologyChangingEvent	Occurs when the active topology changes
	EditCompletedEvent	Occurs when an EditOperation completes successfully.
