The Manage Map Server Cache Tiles tool failed to run successfully.
Check the server logs to diagnose the problem. The tool can fail due to various causes such as:
Failure to write to service cache directory: Ensure that ArcGIS Server account on all the server nodes have write access to the service cache directory. Check if the disk where the cache directory is stored has sufficient disk space available.
Data access problems: Ensure that the ArcGIS Server account on all server nodes have read access to the data source of the map service. If the data is being accessed over a UNC share, ensure that the share is still available. Check that the network cable to the remote machine is not unplugged.
If the data is being accessed from a database, ensure that the database service is live and running.
