When you select the Reduced Study Area Boundary Correction Method, a reverse buffer equal to Beginning Distance + (Number of Distance Bands * Distance Increment) is used to identify the study area for analysis. The values you entered for those parameters will result in a very small study area containing few, if any, features.
Select a smaller Beginning Distance, fewer Number of Distance Bands, or a smaller Distance Increment. To see what the study area will look like after it has been reduced, run the Buffer tool with a negative linear unit equal to (Beginning Distance + (Number of Distance Bands * Distance Increment)). Ensure that distance values are in the same units as the Input Features.
